Chronology
1. ...47...
I was a person with weaknesses, absolute, imperfect, atomistic, difficult, inaccessible, awkward, selfish, seemingly ironic (for those who cannot understand me), frivolous, moody, cynical, with great passions, half, lonely, strange, low biotic, educational, social and spiritual level, with an essential need for recognition and acceptance, who is crushed by injustice.
I was constantly feeling indignation, an endless why, and I have been indelibly marked and shocked by:
- The early and tragic losses of my childhood and adolescence peers.
- My visit (at the age of 13, during a school educational trip) to the cell where Theodoros Kolokotronis was imprisoned in Nafplio (Peloponnesus).
- The time when I perceived and fully understood the party and political process at the age of 17 (I cannot and will never accept the daily assassination of Ioannis Kapodistrias, the first governor of modern Hellas, from September 27 (old calendar) / October 9 (new calendar) 1831 to date).
- The individuals of interest, the greatness, the culture, the discord and the descent of the rayahs* of modern Hellas.
- The 500,000 bombs (one-fifth of them –according to official Pentagon data– containing depleted uranium and banned by international treaties) fired by N.A.T.O. (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) forces against Yugoslavia under the pretext of “minority human rights” and the bombings against civilians, cemeteries (!!!), hospitals, media, public transport and schools, from those who “cut” and “sew” the International Law according to their needs and called them N.A.T.O. “mistakes” or “collateral losses”. The thousands of innocent dead were the beginning and the experimental laboratory for the consolidation of the “new world order” in Europe through the bombers (I do not forget! Angela, Jagoda, Mario, Milan).
- The complete submission of the official leadership of the “Christian” church to the new world order and to a virus… and the betrayal of its faith, of its faithful people and, above all, of Christ himself!
* Borrowed from Ottoman Turkish رعایا (re’aya/raya/rayah), from Arabic رَعَايَا (raʿāyā), plural of رَعِيَّة (raʿiyya, “herd, flock”).
b. Vassal, subordinate (by extension, derogatory).
Je m'appelle Nicolas? ...
✓ I was born with Mediterranean anemia stigma (mother) and throughout my life I experienced huge energy and emotional fluctuations. A set of contrasts and the harmony-balance was a constant question…
✓ In infancy, I had acute bronchitis that developed into severe pneumonia. This incident caused me to become very sensitive and prone to colds…
Upon our admission to the hospital, the director of the pulmonology clinic (of a large state pediatric hospital) showed “great interest” and assured my mother that everything would “go” well…
As soon as my health had stabilized and apparently improved –shortly before we left the hospital– “mister” director asked my mother for more… “exchanges” for his extremely dangerous –as it turned out 24 hours later– services…
24 hours after discharge a new worsening of the disease occurred and a strong allergy to the prescribed medication appeared. “Mister” director of the hospital, when searched, was never found or seen anywhere!
My mother used to come to the emergency rooms of the hospitals in Athens on a regular basis –sometimes every week– during the first 5 years of my life, due to this vulnerability of my lungs.
✓ I was suffering from diarrhea from my infancy… until November 2015.
✓ Traditionally in Hellas (and in many other countries) it is customary for parents to give to their children, as a sign of respect and honor, the name of one of their parents (usually grandmother or grandparent). At my own baptism it was decided to take my grandfather’s name from my father’s side (Nikolaos).
A fellow villager of my mother was chosen as my godmother, who lived in the U.S.A. and her name was Aggeliki. The rationale for this choice was common at the time; she had suggested to my parents that she help them immigrate to New York for a better life (which, in the end, never happened due to some “well-wishers”). What I remember from my godmother are 2 standard one-page greeting letters, each containing a dollar (1$) each (after baptism I never saw her again).
⇒ I do not know if my godmother uttered the name Aggelos unconsciously, out of selfishness, because she wanted to, because she “received instruction from elsewhere” or if it happened by “accident”. What I began to understand and realize –very soon– was that I would become an Angel and bring various messages to many people, who appeared or passed through my life, as many supernatural events (some of them at the same time) happened…
✓ At the age of 18 months, they performed hernia removal surgery and at the same time they proceeded to remove the appendix.
“Unfortunately”… the “treating doctors”… “forgot”… something… inside my body, as a result of which they re-operated… on me to remove it… They realized that something was happening… when on a visit to the ward they saw me to squirm from the pains and I threw them an iron teaspoon!
The «eminent» elderly director of the clinic demanded other… “exchanges” from my mother, in addition to his compensation…
✓ I remember many details from my life –even from the above age– as well as the aforementioned incident.
✓ I have not been vaccinated. I have always had an immediate allergic reaction even to the Mantoux tests.
Danger!
✓ My life was in danger 5 times… In all 5 cases (as it turned out and I understood afterwards) my Angel was there!
1. The first was at the age of 2 when, riding a small red children’s tricycle (photo 1), a much older child (and despite my mother’s remarks not to push me) pushed me hard in the middle of the road…
According to my mother’s testimony, the driver of the truck, who managed to stop a few centimeters before hitting me, took 3 hours to recover before continuing on his way!
2. At the age of 7, my mother worked and my first cousin (son of my mother’s sister), who worked in the military footwear company called “Rakina” (in the area on Petrou Ralli Street 7-9-11-13/Taurus/Athens/photo 2, the building is collapsed) had taken me with him so as not to be left alone at home.
There, on the ground floor of the building, there were presses that connected the “body” of the boot with the sole. Entering from the entrance and 2 meters to the right there was an opening on the floor (dimensions of about one square meter) of an underground tank filled with black viscous liquid with a strong odor of rubber.
It was winter (I was wearing a coat), it was sunny and it was about 13:00 p.m. when i fell in…
Honestly, I could never understand how I emerged on the surface!
What I certainly know and remember vividly is my frightened cousin pulling me out, being black from head to toe, trying to clean me with a water hose, my mother later rubbing me with a stiff brush and “Tide” detergent, and that at that point another man had lost his life in the same way…

3. At the age of 13 on Spyrou Patsi Street (main avenue of two directions), number 127, there was a funeral home (Papamakarios) and on the opposite side of the street there was (and still is) a kiosk (Fleming Square/Votanicos/Athens, photo 3).
I wanted to cross the road…
In front of me and on the left I could see the kiosk (at this point there is no intermediate island and it needs more attention). I checked the road from the left and ran…
Exactly in the middle of the road I “froze” !!! I could not take a step! Neither front nor back!
At the same time a car passed in front of me at high speed. It was so close to me that the air from its passage “slapped” my face and I felt it touching me…
I automatically wanted to step back… but again I could not move!
Simultaneously, another car from the opposite direction passed quickly behind me…
I got lost… (never understood and I do not know how I went across)
4. At the age of 31 I worked for 3 years in the accounting department of a large construction company. On December 21, 2000 (morning) I went by motorbike to the shipyards Skaramagas (on this date the traffic in Athens is unbelievable –due to holidays and payments– and the motorbike is the best solution for fast travel in the Attica basin) to pay the workers and on the way back I had many more routes to banks, factory, other construction sites and company.
I was heading from Taurus to Kallithea on 25th of March Street (at the height of the Kallithea Η.Σ.Α.Π. train station) and exactly at the point where the bridge starts and while I was in a direct flow to Kallithea… a car came vertically from the side road (photo 4), passing by the opposite direction and rammed me from the left! I saw his movement and shouted at him to stop, but… in vain!
I still cannot realize how my leg “unhooked” and did not cut itself!
I stayed on the icy road for 3 hours until the ambulance arrived and I was served at the Asclepieion Hospital of Voula…
All this time there was an elderly man next to me with white long beard and hair who was holding my hand!
At one point he said to me: “Do not worry, everything will be fine!”
Along with my work in the company, I worked as a musician and also gave music lessons. One of my students lived in Taurus (very close to the scene). Shortly before the ambulance arrived, my student’s father happened to be passing by! He approached me, asked how I was and I asked him to notify my relatives.
I was lucky not to have broken a bone and after receiving first aid I left the hospital the same afternoon. I was able to get out of bed 15 days later and walk normally again after 2 months.
That same night my student and his father visited me at home. When I asked the father of my student about the old man who was always by my side, his answer was: “Which old man are you talking about? There was no elder out there!”…
5. The fifth concerns the health problem I encountered in the liver and gallbladder (November 2015), which became the reason for the creation of gallbladderliver.com.
✓ At the age of 6 (November 16, 1974, afternoon) I received an unprovoked attack with punches, kicks and insults by a policeman…
On the first night that the students were closed in the Polytechnic University of Athens (November 15, 1974), I felt an electric current “penetrate” my whole body listening to the voices of Maria Damanaki, Lambros Papadimitrakis and Dimitrios Papachristos on the radio with my mother!
The next day I headed from Votanikos, where we lived, via Spyrou Patsi Street, right on Iera Odos towards to Mavromatis (railway rails) and continued straight to Piraeus Street and left to Omonia… Close to the Polyclinic Hospital, the policemen prevented me (I was only 6 years old and… a transformed “devil”)…Ignorance and struggle towards adolescence...
✓ From the age of 7 to 10, every summer and specifically in the months of July-August, the following phenomenon occurred:
I had a high fever (38 ºC – 40 ºC) every afternoon (13:00 – 16:00 p.m.)…
I was literally “baked” in the fever!
A medical solution or explanation of the phenomenon was never given (the conditions were very difficult as well as the financial possibilities of my mother for further investigation).
I remember taking bottles of ice water and pouring them on my head. I was “burning” so much…
✓ At
✓ From the age of 8 to 20, I saw dying 25 of the 60 children in the small, degraded Athenian neighborhood/district where we grew up due to various causes (13 due to drug use, 9 due to motorcycle accidents –some of which under the influence of drugs– one due to heart disease, Aggeliki at 13 due to suction at night, and Christos, who barged in at 14 for a better life and a few years later “returned” sliced into a casket from the port of Lagos in Nigeria)…
✓ During my life there have been many times when I worked very hard and at a devastating pace!
My first job was at the age of 9, when during the summer holidays (from school) I worked in a very large (at the time) supermarket.
I remember to unload for endless hours (in the hot summer sun) with my employer, a double truck full of cans of evaporated milk (he used to “stockpile” a lot of merchandise just before the impending revaluation, which he had been pre-informed due to his political and partisan property-identity).
Each box weighed 25 kg. As much as my weight…
✓ Two major dietary “extravagances – cheatings” I made during my life were the following:
At the age of 13 I started drinking Coca Cola and soft drinks regularly. No water, soft drinks… (three liters per day and for many years)
I also ate incredibly large amounts of sweets and food (thankfully without gaining weight).*
* In a blood test I did at the age of 32 at a German alternative doctor, he did not find high blood sugar and told me that no matter how many sweets I eat… I will never have such a problem. He also advised me to be very careful with my allergies…
✓ At the age of 14 I started playing music as an amateur…
✓ From the age of 14 to 17 I worked during the summer holidays (from school) in the camps of T.Y.P.E.T. (N.B.S.H.F./Mutual Health Fund of National Bank of Hellas Personnel).*
I was constantly alert and vigilant!
I worked non-stop –several times I remained awake for more than 48 hours– as a restorer, sometimes a gardener, a garbage collector, a cleaner, a builder (the tin on the shoulder and the mix with the shovel), a firefighter (in those days the area of Dionysos was very dense and there were constant attempts at fires), night watchman, porter and many… many more…
* Before I was hired at T.Y.P.E.T., I underwent medical examinations where I was diagnosed with cardiomegaly. The bank’s cardiologist was a great friend and collaborator of the leading heart surgeon Magdi Yakub who happened to be in Hellas at the same time. He also examined me, and a week later they assured me that I was able to work…
✓ At the age of 16 and after finishing the first grade of high school, I decided to study sports medicine at the famous sports school in Cologne (Sporthochschule Köln) in what was then West Germany.
The school was considered the best of its kind, I studied a lot for 3 years… but I was «won over» by music…
✓ At the age of 17 I trained at O.A.K.A. (Olympic Athletic Center of Athens, in Maroussi) with the great man and runner of the 3,000 meters steeplechase, the Cypriot Filippos Filippou. In medical examinations I did I was diagnosed with cardiomegaly and I remember the doctor coming and telling me exactly:
“I wonder how you are still alive… Your heart is huge!” (something else… was definitely huge in his “brain”)
This was followed by exams and… many more…
Of course my heart was big and it remains… but because of the double workouts I did every day. I had 52 beats per minute and excellent physical condition!
«Thus said»...
✓ At the age of 19 –serving my military service– I first found myself in the hoplite center in Tripoli (Peloponnesus) and later in Kos (Dodecanese). During my stay on the island I was called to serve (for 20 days) at the outpost located on the island of Pserimos (located between Kos, Kalymnos and Imia).

I presented myself in Tripoli on September 28, 1987 in a very bad psychological state (due to the loss of a loved one) and faced the military stupidity in all its “greatness”…
I weighed 72 kg and twenty days later only 56 kg.
We were eating unacceptably (there had been a lot of “noise” and the incident about the group diarrhea of the whole camp was written in the newspapers of the time), I started to have a persistent and annoying cough that developed into acute bronchitis and pneumonia (the climate in Tripoli was very humid), there was no hot water, bedbugs walked to our beds and military “doctors”… gave me aspirin (?) for fever and pneumonia…
The soldiers in my ward bought, almost every day, a bottle of ouzo. I drank a little to “soften” the cough and to feel warmer (it was their “gift” so that my cough would not bother them)…
And when my mother and sister met me at the visit, they could not recognize me!
At the end of November 1987 I was transferred to Kos and at the beginning of May I was in Pserimos with 10 other soldiers. A cadet reserve officer (as head of the outpost) was with us.
I had a fever of 40.2 ºC, I was burning!
The officer notified the senior administration in Kos to send someone to pick me up… but no one was interested/appeared!
I was constantly standing under the shower to cool off…
Luckily (?) for me, the officer had an antibiotic of 1000 mg.
I started with one capsule every 12 hours. For the next 3 days the torture continued (there was no improvement)…
The officer alerted the senior administration again and they ordered him to give me antibiotics every 6 hour (4000 mg per 24 hours)…
For the next 10 days “my whole being was stinking” of the antibiotic. In addition, I had no appetite and did not want to eat anything!
I “recovered” after 2 weeks and returned to Kos 13 kg lighter.
“Thus said”… Greek army…
Jumble
✓ There were 5 other cases where my life or health was endangered, sometimes less and sometimes more. Four of the cases occurred after slips and falls from a motorcycle/motorbike (3 times with a co-driver and one alone).
✓ At the age of 21 I began to understand more about energy changes… In the long run and after many examinations, the existence of a germ that was not known in the medical world was ascertained…
Then, an excellent doctor and friend, introduced me to a French microbiologist who worked in research-experimental laboratories in Paris…
So, with my written consent (always) I became a guinea pig (these treatments definitely put a lot of strain on my liver)…
✓ At the same time I was taught professional service in big hotels in Rhodes and at the same time I started working at night as a professional musician.
The hotel service experience and knowledge led me in the following years to many collaborations with various restaurants and large hotel units in tourist destinations around the world…
Exhausting working hours, excessive zeal and wrong posture made my musculoskeletal system collapse!
For 4 consecutive six-month summer periods (April-October) I worked from 07:00 a.m. until 02:30 a.m. of the next day and the 4 hours I had at my disposal for rest was the worst of the 24 hours!
I returned to my accommodation and the pains were unbearable!
⇒ Indicatively, I mention the effort of the precious doctor and friend, Mr. Anargyros Michalopoulos (intensivist, pulmonologist, general manager of the Intensive Care Unit at the Henry Dunant Hospital in Athens, March 7, 1954 – April 7, 2013), who happened to be vacationing with his family in a tourist destination where I worked.
Initially he brought me and suggested Mesulid, which –apart from the fact that it did not help me– also caused me great discomfort! We tried various pharmaceutics, from Depon, Voltaren, Counterpain, … to injections and the problem remained!
The only solution was to stop working! (I did not do it)
✓ At the age of 24 I suffered my first allergic shock. Clean Monday and after eating halva (made from sesame).
It was a very borderline and hard experience because I had no help from anyone when the shock broke out. But I was also very lucky because I survived!
I spent 10 horrible hours until my body calmed down. I turned crimson and swollen! My body was tingling and I was “burning” at the same time! The phenomenon was more pronounced on the fingers and palms of the hands, on the soles of the feet, on the scalp and on the genital glands.
I put my hands in the freezer and then under the open tap. I was relieved –seemingly– for a few seconds and the itching returned… more aggressive!
I thought of drinking water constantly to dissolve the food faster and to alleviate the symptoms. I did it…
Sometimes I couldn’t stand it and I was scratching with rage!
But I immediately regretted it, because I was more swollen and the itching came back more intense…
I was alone and did not have an antihistamine pill because it was the first time something like this happened to me (I ate sesame, brittles and halva without any problems at all, until then).
✓ Until I was 27 I felt a strong emptiness in my chest. I was “missing” something… Then it was covered. –
✓ By the age of 32 I had had 4 strokes and 2 heart attacks (all –thankfully– very mild)…
Why?
✓ In the winter and spring of 2004-2005 I worked as a musician in Arachova. I got pneumonia (winter, very humid climate) and in a period of 72 hours, I had diarrhea 192 times!
✓ In August 2006 I created a big catering with the collaboration of a dear friend. The company required absolute dedication and constant active presence on a 24-hour basis, while at the same time I worked every night as a musician (the first year of operation) to support the company as much as I could in its first “steps”… Exhausting situation, but was it necessary? (hmm…)
The company ceased operations in September 2009 and a few days later (moving an office) my body paralyzed for 2 months!
I stayed in bed all this time, having horrible pains and being in complete immobility…
✓ The creation of a website followed, which operated 24 hours a day. I was constantly awake, constantly studying and many times I remained awake for 4 or and 5 days…
I ate completely irregularly (e.g. 04:00 a.m. I ate dessert, at 04:20 a.m. sandwich or pizza, at 04:40 a.m. ice cream, at 05:00 a.m. air salami with tzatziki).
The symptoms of gallbladder were increasing… I remained in my “world”… and essentially “did not live”…
✓ At Christmas of 2012 during a business trip from Mytilene to Athens I contracted pneumonia. I managed to recover relatively quickly… (3 weeks)
✓ At Christmas of 2013 again during a business trip from Mytilene to Athens I got pneumonia again… The recovery period exceeded 4 months…
✓ From the age of 32 to 47 I had another 6 strokes. The 3 of them were painless and in the other 3 I was very lucky to open my nose with a lot of blood pressure!
✓ With the advent of pre-planned capital controls in Hellas (June 29, 2015), I “experienced” an unthinkable and… very painful economic catastrophe being a victim of the political irrationality that prevails in the country (the Greek –not Hellenic– state “could not” and most importantly, never wanted to touch and cure the real causes of the problems -so, it “blazed against everyone” and as always, selectively)...
The symptoms of liver dysfunction and gallbladder continued to increase… but my financial reality had sucked me into a whirlpool…
I was in free fall… A fall into the void… A fall, which as it turned out later… would stop in the emergency of a hospital…
Five months of agony and effort for financial recovery have passed… The symptoms were dangerously numerous… but I ostentatiously ignored them! I was completely “burnt”…
✓ I grew up with people around me with syndrome of occupation, which they passed on to me… A syndrome that I managed to eliminate when I was in the emergency of Woodhull Hospital, in New York, on November 5, 2015, after a crisis of acute pancreatitis, a super-swollen white liver (hepatic steatosis), which was almost non-functional… and an over-swollen gallbladder full of gallstones, ready… to “explode”…
