Back to Hellas.
I start the spadework-preparation for cleansing on May 20, relaxed and without stress.
May 20, 2017: (1st essentially cleansing after 7 months, cleansing on March 9, 2017 was experimental due to pancreatitis)
The results are seemingly disappointing (saponified olive oil).
I notice that in the last few days my eye problem is getting worse…
June 10, 2017: (2nd cleansing)
The results are again seemingly disappointing (saponified olive oil).
The eye problem remains…
⇒ The alternative ways to detoxify the liver and gallbladder do not have the results that they «evangelize» and the Andreas Moritz method “helps” in the long run… but it does not cleanse the gallbladder!
June 14, 2017: (Ultrasound after 2 cleansings -seemingly failed/saponified olive oil)
UPPER ABDOMEN ULTRASOUND
The liver is retested with normal dimensions, maximum elongated diameter: 15.4 cm and with a slight increase in its sonicity, as on fatty infiltration.
The limits of the liver are re-checked smoothly and its composition is homogeneous.
No obvious focal echomorphology damage is observed.
There is no dilatation of the internal – external hepatic cholangiο.
The bile duct has a width: 3.3 mm.
The gallbladder is re-examined with normal dimensions: 6 x 2.5 cm, with normal wall thickness: 2 mm (in the presence of 20-25 microcholstones, dimensions: 3-5 mm –the radiologist Mrs. Maria Panselina measured them approximately, at my own urging).
Pancreas – spleen, of normal dimensions and echomorphology, without obvious echopathological findings.
Normal pancreatic duct.
⇒ Having recorded all the facts/data, having become the laughing stock of doctors around the world, having faced unbelievable and shameful medical practices, verbal medical terrorism and bullying, failed diagnoses (intentional or not), unfavorable healthcare and living conditions, I decided (now having the knowledge due to experiential/personal experience and targeted selective experimentation) to study, analyze, create and finally implement a very aggressive and more effective rehabilitation program. The results of this decision and this program were seen in the next cleansing on July 1, 2017.
July 1, 2017: (3rd cleansing, 1st aggressive)
I expelled about 1.600 gallstones of various sizes. The largest was a gallstone 2.5 cm long. Another 13 gallstones were 0.5-1.5 cm in size and the rest were smaller.

The eye problem no longer exists!
In a conversation he had with my mother, doctor Ioannis Hourmouzis confessed to her that on November 25, 2015 (the day I had the crisis and was taken by ambulance from Eresos to Mytilene), he was afraid that the gallbladder would “break” when he saw the contractions that my abdomen made!
He confirmed it to me a few days later and in person, telling me exactly:
“I was afraid that your gallbladder would «break» that day! I was talking at the same time with the doctors at the hospital of Mytilene and the hepatologist you had visited and I did not really know what was going to happen…”
July 23, 2017: (4th cleansing, 2nd aggressive)
I expelled about 700 gallstones of various sizes. The largest were 6 gallstones 2 cm long (approximately). Another 32 were 0.5-1.5 cm in size and the rest were smaller.
My psychology is rising day by day.
I start exercising (I missed it so much, the last time I exercised was in Cape Town on February 13, 2017).
⇒ I decide (the 4th cleansing) to modify the cleansing method, aiming more at the dissolution of the remaining gallstones that had appeared in the gallbladder on the previous upper abdomen ultrasound on June 14, 2017 in a natural way. Extremely difficult task and against any current medical logic and practice!
August 27, 2017: (5th cleansing, 3rd aggressive)
I expelled about 900 gallstones of various dimensions and sizes up to 1.5 cm.
This is the first time I have expelled only small gallstones.
⇒ This cleansing was performed under very adverse conditions (long hours of work, minimal sleep), targeted and consciously!
September 24, 2017: (6th cleansing, 4th aggressive)
I expelled about 250 gallstones of various dimensions and sizes up to 1.5 cm.
Diarrhea during cleansing is minimized!
⇒ Cleansing is done under very adverse conditions as I work “feverishly” to prepare the site (sometimes I stay awake for 48 hours, an old habit…) and I feel my body very stressed (I do not exercise, the moniliasis in the oral cavity and an oral herpes have appeared –they luckily disappear in a few days– and a virus that has overwhelmed many people in Eresos “flirts” with me for many days, but I don’t “give in”).
October 16, 2017: (7th cleansing, 5th aggressive)
I expelled 220 gallstones of various sizes. The largest were 14 gallstones 1.6-2.2 cm long. Another 47 were 0.5-1.5 cm in size and the rest were smaller.
After the cleansing I tried the body’s reaction regarding the nutrition and the minimized diarrhea and the results were spectacular!
There has been a very clear improvement at all levels (physical, energy, psychological and more). I feel much stronger, even though this cleansing was done under very adverse conditions due to the extermination-long hours of work.
October 19, 2017: (Ultrasound* after 5 aggressive cleansings)
UPPER ABDOMEN ULTRASOUND
The liver is re-examined with normal dimensions, maximum elongated diameter: 15 cm and with a slight increase in its echogenicity, as on fatty infiltration.
The limits of the liver are re-checked smoothly and its composition is homogeneous.
No obvious focal echomorphological damage is observed.
There is no dilatation of the internal – external hepatic cholangio.
The bile duct has a width: 3.7 mm.
The gallbladder is re-examined with normal dimensions: 8 x 2.5 cm, with normal wall thickness: 2 mm and with the presence of micro-gallstones, at least ten (10) in number, dimensions: 2.8 – 4.7 mm.
In addition, a sufficient amount of fine sound content is examined, as on bile mud, a finding that had not been found in a previous examination.
Pancreas – spleen, of normal dimensions and echomorphology, without obvious echopathological findings.
Normal pancreatic duct, width: 2 mm.
* During the ultrasound I was constantly discussing with the radiologist Mrs. Maria Panselina about the course of my health. For the first time she told me that the gallbladder has stopped being wrinkled-shrinking and appears on the ultrasound in a much better condition (in the previous ultrasound the dimensions of the gallbladder were 6 x 2.5 cm, while now it is 8 x 2.5 cm). She justified the appearance of mud in my gallbladder as a result of the method I follow! She noticed that the remaining gallstones –apart from fewer– are also significantly smaller! This answer confirmed me, justified me and gave me more strength to continue…
⇒ At this point, I would like to note that Mrs. Panselina had never told me, in the slightest, about the shrinkage of the gallbladder! And when I asked her: “Why?”, she answered me precisely that: “Sometimes, some things… are not said!”…

I decide to experiment again and eat a lot, at irregular – “weird” hours and everything until the next cleansing! To compare and have a better picture of the current situation, I will add another degree of difficulty and the next cleansing will not be aggressive.
My goal is to find out if the gallbladder will show me/recur (due to poor diet and lifestyle) a symptom…
