Testimonials / Koureli Eleftheria: Multiple health problems…
Mrs. Koureli Eleftheria (82 years old, Eresos/Lesvos/Hellas) is one of my most important studies in the journey of healing due to experiences, age, range of diseases, personality, behavior and duration of observation!
I lived with her for a long time and the results of her effort and our cooperation were amazing!
Mrs. Koureli presented denial, frustration, severe manic-depressive symptoms, mood swings, sudden and transient hypertension, cervical syndrome, pain throughout the body with difficulty in standing and walking, joints/fingers/hip/ankle stiffness, partial spondylitis or vertebral arthritis.
She had a low hematocrit, a stigma of Mediterranean anemia and showed weakness, fatigue, very low energy levels, pain in the intestine, in the stomach and throughout the abdomen, and constipation for 7-10 days.
She had very severe headaches, salivation, dry throat, sores in the mouth, difficulty seeing with redness and blurring of the eyes, gradual hearing loss, long-term use of medications and supplements, very poor nutrition –without being overweight– sometimes she became bulimic and very greedy and on a daily basis, almost all of her foods caused digestive problems.
She had previous gynecological problems and her fallopian tubes were removed. At a younger age she had a very serious accident when she was swept away by a high-cubism motorcycle resulting in a head injury and aphasia for 15 days in the hospital, she had a large hernia removed surgically, and in the last 20 years and for 2/3 of the year (autumn, winter, spring) she was prone to colds, high fever and pneumonia.
Mrs. Koureli is an incredibly generous, energetic, hardworking and responsible woman! She becomes a “sacrifice” for others and is a key component of her character to immediately satisfy and serve her loved ones (to a superlative degree) with the result that she does not pay attention, to overdo it, to neglect herself and to go to extremes!
In June 2017, she was a medical laboratory animal. She was given strong medication, which resulted in her losing contact with the environment, falling into a deep sleep and having a complete loss of consciousness, fortunately for a very short time.

Initially, Mrs. Koureli was informed about the way I work and was offered a very simple eight-day trial detox program.
The approach was friendly and emotional (due to age) and the program –in terms of its implementation– did not contain terms or commitments.
For the first 3 days there was a kind of denial to the requirements of the program, due to the mentality, habit, age and addiction of the body to drugs. On the fourth day, all the resistances began to bend!
Mrs. Koureli stopped taking all the medicines on her own and followed the program with absolute accuracy and reverence!
The next “step”… was to ask me to continue with a longer schedule (the initial schedule took place 22-31/12/2018, the next 01-27/01/2019, the following 12-25/02/2019 and the final stage 11-24/03/2019).
From 26/03/2019 to 30/04/2019, we implemented an experimental pain control program (joints, neck, sciatic nerve, musculoskeletal system, etc.)…
She completed all rehabilitation programs with incredible accuracy and consistency (!!!) and the results were as follows:
1. She never again had problems with digestion, stomach, constipation and intestines!
2. The headaches subsided, the salivation, the dryness in the pharynx, the sores in the oral cavity and difficulty in vision with redness and blurring of the eyes stopped!
3. She stopped –on her own– taking all the medicines she was used to take!
4. She stabilized her hematocrit between 38 and 40, she was in a better mood and raised her energy indicators a lot!
5. She stopped having fluctuations in blood pressure, and hearing loss did not spread!
6. She eats and drinks everything without a problem!
7. She improved cervical syndrome, reduced pain throughout the body, moves and walks more easily, and stiffness of joints/fingers/hip/muscles is now past!
8. She exercises twice a day!
9. She improved her eating habits a lot!
10. She did not catch a cold in years 2018-19 and 2019-20!
⇒ From 01/05 to 02/09/2019 I did not have any participation in the daily life of Mrs. Koureli (my last instruction, on 30/04/2019, was simply about the way of nutrition and maintenance).
During this period (01/05/2019 – 02/09/2019) the following happened:
a. In a sideways manner and at the urging of her family, she started taking antidepressant drugs again.
b. At the age of 81, she became again –without substantial and real cause or need– a servant of her family, succumbing to the emotion, the moodiness, the compulsion, the indifference that arises through the daily routine and her family’s “interest”, conscious or not.
c. She neglected herself and did not eat properly through her own fault! (sacrifice for acceptance, but for no reason at all)
d. On 01/09/2019 (21:00 p.m.), her daughter called me, telling me that she had a 39.2ºC fever and was not well at all!
When I saw her, she was in a miserable condition! She could not stand on her feet and communicate! We picked her up 2 persons to get her to the toilet.
Due to the lack of ambulance, local doctor, distance and her condition, I chose to take her to the nearby Antissa health center where they did not have –among other things– a thermometer that would work (!!!)…
We came back and I let her sleep, rest and the fever be reduced…
The next morning she visited a local doctor, who told her to simply take antibiotics (but without clarifying what she had). Her hematocrit was only 28…
I suggested to her how to feed her and 48 hours later (04/09/2019) we took her to the emergency room of Vostaneio Hospital in Mytilene. She was definitely better, but the fever did not go down! Examinations found that her hematocrit had risen to 34, but she had low sodium (Na) and they thought there might be a germ… or urinary tract infection … and got her to urine culture…
Nevertheless, they did not put her in the hospital and tormented her for hours waiting for the emergency…
The selfish and ironic delusion of the doctor on duty –after examining her 3 times in an interrogative way, without trust and respect– ended after 6 hours and she was admitted. She remained in the hospital for 4 days with intravenous treatment and they did not find where the fever came from (?)…
When she was discharged from the hospital (07/09/2019) her hematocrit was 31,8…
She continued the antibiotic for another 8 days and she had cultured urine once more without finding anything again…
During the period February 10-18, 2020 she followed another detoxification and maintenance program with excellent results!
Since then, I had daily contact with her, she had absolutely no problems and her latest blood tests were excellent!

I meet Mrs. Koureli and notice that she has a different and changeable attitude. She does not admit that something is happening to her and our interaction is interrupted there!

I meet Mrs. Koureli again and I realize that she presents a denial of communication, lack of concentration and a constant “loss”…
Talking to her, I realized that she is in a “different, imaginary and past world”… and she complained that she had severe pain all over her back (it is her habit to complain of pain all over her body).

⇒ In my opinion, the contrast between the three photographs is obvious, in terms of expression, the difference in psychology and the rapid recovery in the right eye of Mrs. Koureli (despite being 82 years old).

⇒ I watched with great care and patience the behavior of both herself and her family and I was pleased to find that my prompting and suggestion regarding the treatment and behavior of both were heeded. There was proper treatment and responsibility from all the family to her permanent deviations (sacrifice for acceptance as a habit). Both Mrs. Koureli and her family have reconsidered their position on both sides –as far as possible– and there is now the right balance!
The last incident has to do, on the one hand with the age and the vulnerability of her body to infections, and on the other hand with the enormous difficulty that we all face when we need to implement all kinds of changes in our lives!
